Aquaculture Jobs – Fish & Plants for the 21st Century

Aquaculture is defined online as; “the rearing of aquatic animals or the cultivation of aquatic plants for food.”

Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (“RAS”) facilities are the newest most advanced facilities designed to be built on land.

Universities like Texas A&M and Virginia Tech University  are 2 of many institutions in America that have been doing research on aquaculture for decades. Aquaculture higher paying jobs are increasing and expanding geographically now
that RAS facilities enable fish to be farmed in areas away from lakes and oceans.

“Job Outlook “

According to the SeaGrant program at the University of Connecticut, aquaculture is the fastest growing segment of the entire animal production industry.

In fact, the aquaculture industry is credited with pulling in over $100 billion per year in sales worldwide. There are well over 4,000 aquaculture farms in the United States alone.”

Pump manufacture Pentair has an Aquaculture division that built a Showcase Facility in the Old Schmidt Brewery Building in Minnesota, WI and recently built another facility in the United States with Ideal Fish.

Cities , states and regions that include Genergy Technology, aquaculture and vertical indoor farming in their economic development strategy will see increase in their local economy.

Vertical Indoor Farming VIF – An Economic Engine

Vertical Indoor Farming “VIF” – An Economic Engine

Vertical Indoor Farming is 21st Century High-Tech Farming that uses indoor facilities and special lighting to grow healthier plants much faster because the weather is not able to control the growing time.  (Vertical Farming or World Agriculture )

Land and water are saved by building UP instead of using more ground space and by putting a roof on top so water does not evaporate but recirculates over and over again. The only water that leaves the farm is in your Organic, fresh, juicy fruits and vegetables!

Pesticides are not necessary because pests are not allowed in with the plants.

Labor costs are higher but transportation costs are lower.

Instead of picking plants early so they can be loaded on ships and sent to distributors, who send them to markets, fruits and vegetables are picked and able to be purchased and eaten in the SAME DAY.

Distribution is local first. Food is eaten local first. Jobs are local first. Drivers drive a few miles instead of thousands to deliver food to markets and restaurants. Grow local. Work local. Benefit the economy — LOCAL.  (Agrilyst Report 2017)

Temporary Jobs – Building the facilities. Permanent Jobs – Growing, picking, and delivering plants.

Genergy Technology reduces the cost of facilities by aggregating space for our power plants with Vertical Indoor Farming and Aquaculture to reduce the expense and share infrastructure to our economic advantage.

When is YOUR community going to have a God’s Energy Facility?

Merry Christmas! Eat Well. Enjoy.

How much of Jesus’ Birthday Celebration revolves around food and drink?
Do you have any Christmas food and drink favorites? Roasted Chestnuts,
Fruit Cake, Egg Nog, Hot Apple Cider, Gluhwein (Hot spiced sweetened red wine),
Streusel (German Variation), and let’s not forget about Turkey, Ham, & Roast Beef.

Many of us in the West enjoy the blessings of food and drink
year around but we go to extremes during the Christmas season.

Can it be possible to break down the economic, political, and technological barriers that keep most of the world from eating and drinking healthy food and water in our lifetime? Isn’t that a great Christmas objective? “Joy to the World” might even spread to much of the world if we make giving the gift of food and water a priority.

https://www.one.org/us/2014/11/12/14-surprising-stats-about-global-food-consumption/

God’s Energy, Indoor Farming, Vertical Farming, Aquaculture, Renewable Energy, Zero Brine Discharge Desalination, and Ocean Mining are all designed to bless the world by using renewable energy to efficiently remove any ecological hazards, relocate and distribute affordable electricity, maximize the efficiency of zero pesticide farming, minimize the land area required to grow food, increase the harvest times and the size of crops, move farms closer to high population areas where the food will be eaten, and reduce or minimize air and water pollution.

Will you please join us praying for at least
5 GW of electricity contracts and 500M m3
annual drinking water agreements to be
signed in 2018?

Will you please pray for God’s Energy to create 1,000 new jobs by 2020?

Merry Christmas!

Too Competitive

Yesterday I played Squash with a friend. We played last week and I was very cautious so as not to injure myself (being over 60 now I try to pace myself). Yesterday I decided to Compete Harder: to hit a little harder; stretch a little farther; and move a little quicker.

Today I am nursing a minor lower back strain that hurts and impairs my movement.

Athletics and Business often intersect in strategy and principle. Do you think that you can “Compete Too Hard” in Business? If you were on a Sales Call and 1 of the Customer’s Team was acting inappropriate, divisive, and opposing you in every part of your presentation would you “Take Him Out”? Would you aim at discrediting and silencing him? Or would you be ok with Losing The Sale?

Business, war, and life have one disagreeable commonality that NO ONE LIKES TO SPEAK OF: Conflict! I love to speak of “Win – Win” but reality is most of the time; “Win – Lose”. Where do you draw YOUR line? What are you willing to sacrifice to “Keep Peace” and “Avoid Conflict”? Is avoiding conflict the “Best Policy”?

If you have not already noticed I will LET MY SECRET OUT; “I do NOT have the answers to most of these questions most of the time.” (I wish that I did!)

What I have decided is to try to err on the side of LOVE. I have also decided to be more confrontational when clear Truth is at stake. I will pray for wisdom from God. When the smoke clears and I have EITHER fought hard and BEAT my opponent or played more gentle and LOST I want to be at peace with myself and God and leave the future up to HIM.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Can More Electricity Reduce Hunger?

Have you ever considered the amount of food you can grow inside using specialized
lights? What if you could farm upward as well as outward? Have you ever heard of
Indoor Farming or Vertical Farming? Do you know how efficient it is?

Lumigrow Applied Research   Vertical Farming  A New Forest City

With all of these great innovations LINGERING AROUND …do you ever think…
“Why aren’t these innovations becoming more popular around the world?”

One Answer Is; “Electricity is required & Electricity is too expensive.”

God’s Energy Technology uses vertical space to make inexpensive electricity.

Energy Conservation Conservation of Energy

Genergy Technology is carefully engineered to maximize efficiency!
God’s Energy Technology is built on Newton’s Laws of Conservation of Energy!

The Proof of Concept that was built in Houston, TX performed as expected
based on the Mathematical Formulas calculated, modeled, & simulated
in conformity to all Fundamental Laws of Physics.

Saving energy or Conserving Energy is one of the most popular drivers of new technology! Conservation of Energy is a technical term for Sir Isaac Newton’s Laws of Physics. http://hyperphysics.phy-astr.gsu.edu/hbase/Newt.html
Energy is divided into 2 basic categories; Potential & Kinetic or moving energy. https://www.eia.gov/KIDS/energy.cfm?page=about_forms_of_energy-basics

Now Genergy will be building an elegant
Small Demonstration Power Plant for selective customer viewing
in the 1st Quarter 2018.

RE-Creation Is Better

The Swedish offshore wind farm Lillgrund in the Øresund between Malmö and Copenhagen. For the Lillgrund project Siemens installed 48 SWT-2.3-93 wind power systems each rated at 2.3 megawatts (MW). The wind farm with a total installed capacity of 110 MW is operated by the Swedish utility Vattenfall and officially came on line in June 2008. The Lillgrund offshore wind farm produces enough electrcity to supply 60,000 Swedish households.

RE-Creation is our job to Restore Creation.

The basis for RE-Creation is CREATION. The Bible says that God Created “The Heavens and The Earth…” perfect. When God created MAN (both male and female) HE gave them the work of managing HIS Creation; the Earth.

Fast-forward to our current time and you see a bitter failure of mankind to manage the earth and give proper respect to the living, beautiful, scenic, and necessary life that is not human. In response to the abuses of mankind in generally seeking the easiest ways to make life more comfortable, controlled, easier, and profitable many of us have become excited about stopping pollution and exploitation of natural resources for profit. This trend towards environmental activism has exploded into one of the most unifying themes of economic, social, and political revolution internationally.

But the unintended consequence of most of the environmental activities globally is that prices have risen dramatically. Would God punish poor people so that wealthy people can “Go Green”? Should people who don’t have any safe water pay so that we in industrial nations can have cleaner water? Should people who barely have enough to buy food now have the prices raised so that we rich people in developed nations can have healthier food?

RE-Creation is about restoring the ecology of the world while at the same time bringing access and affordability to all people. RE-Creation is the task of finding ways that lower the price of food, water, electricity, transportation, and housing globally while eliminating manmade damage to ecosystems.

Island only 3

RE-Creation is inexpensive renewable energy. RE-Creation is restocking fish populations in the oceans and raising fish for food indoors on land. RE-Creation is desalination without the discharge of brine offshore underwater using renewable energy that causes zero pollution. Win – Win NOT Win – Lose.

Love Our Oceans

Surfrider KG Interview

http://www.surfrider.org/coastal-blog/entry/ocean-energy-interview-with-kurt-grossman-of-genergy

The earth is covered by 70% water mostly oceans. Oceans are beautiful and essential to life here on earth. The oceans not only create a large amount of oxygen that we breathe and provide fish and other food that we eat it helps to cool our planet. Apart from the “PRACTICAL” benefit of the oceans you can NOT underestimate the value of the beauty of the oceans and all of the sea life.

Genergy technology applications are being designed to IMPROVE the ocean ecosystems by putting renewable energy power plants and desalination plants underwater in deep offshore underwater installations.

Desalination is a fantastic way to provide a large infusion of drinking water to ease the global shortage. Genergy technology is designed to desalinate underwater using our renewable energy technology but also to do it in a way that does not damage the marine ecosystem where the facility resides. How is this possible?

We have relied on the scientific study by experts in California, the comments by the government of the State of California, and listened to the concern of environmental advocacy groups like the Surfrider Foundation.

The 3 main ways Genergy Technology IMPROVES the environment are the way we mitigate the concerns of environmentalists;

  1. Energy from the grid causes pollution. Desalination requires exorbitant amounts of energy. We generate our own electricity without any emissions or pollution.
  2. “Impingement” or “Entrapment”; killing or injuring marine life by sucking them into the water intake; is eliminated by burying and hiding intake so zero fish die.
  3. Extremely salty water called Brine is NOT distributed back into the ocean. Brine has been known to damage marine ecosystems closer into shore. We are miles offshore in deep water but we also do NOT DISCHARGE BRINE.

There is much more to how we avoid damaging the environment. More importantly are the ways we plan on using electric power to expand offshore restocking of fish populations and support research into marine biology with practically unlimited access to electricity for Remote Operated Vehicles “ROV”s.

Land Is Valuable – Smaller Is Better

lessland_nei“God is not making anymore land.” is a phrase I have heard over and over from Investors and Environmentalists. The idea that the land we have is all we will have helps us to focus on keeping the land as clean, beautiful, and productive as possible.

The Nuclear Energy Institute, “NEI”, published an article comparing “Carbon Free Technologies”; Nuclear, Wind, & Solar to highlight the small amount of land required for 1,000 MW Nuclear power plants compared to wind and solar. How would a 1,000 MW Genergy Power Plant built on land compare?

Quite well!

2016 World Premier Demonstration

20160204 Demo Right View 80 feet up seems high when you are looking down but it is very small compared to The Washington Monument, Eifel Tower, or The Burj Khalifa.

Did you know that when you drop something from 80 feet up it will hit the ground in 2.23 seconds?  Imagine dropping a 154 lb. ball filled with water from 80 feet up; Would that make a mess?  Leave a mark?  Cause an accident?

Imagine the 154 lb. balls dropping from 80 feet up every half second; 1, 2, 3, 4,…continuously…Can you see it?

How do we get those 154 lb. balls back up to the top to drop again?

Stay tuned…

"The SPG (Submerged Power Generator) is definitely an innovative hydroelectric device worthy of their approval and should be used by all the utility companies, not just in California but in the entire United States.”
